Eligibility: Currently considering IIT / DEC / REC Passouts   Job Summary:   - The Candidate will be part of the Americas operations Analytics team headquartered in New York which drives operations strategy for North and South America.   - This team works extensively on MS Excel and PowerPoint and aligns very closely with Operations Consultants & country business leaders to provide comprehensive analytical support along with participating in information gathering via survey templates and request for information templates.  - These could include (but are not limited to) performing operating model assessments and analysis for projects related to centralization/ decentralization, insourcing/ outsourcing, operations organization structure design, managing metrics for performance, reducing cost of operations, location strategy, Business Process Re-engineering etc  - The candidate may be required for short travel across the focus geographies of North America and South America.  Principal Responsibilities:  - Conducting or participating in information gathering via interviews, request for information templates and workshops with clients  - Performing significant fact-based analysis to interpret data and generate business insights to provide support for the development of recommendations.  - Exercises judgment to make decisions for less defined issues and selects methods and techniques for obtaining solutions  - Continuously learning new methodologies and best practices  Skills:  Technical Skills:  - Ability to comprehend requirements and conceptualize data visualization and charts  - Strong data analysis and superior problem solving skills  - Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel)  Functional Skills:	  - Proficient in Data & Business Analysis  - Broad application of operations improvement tools and methodologies  Soft Skills:  - Good written and oral communication skills  - Strong understanding and comprehension of the English language  - Good Analytical, problem solving skills  - Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment  - Self-disciplined and result oriented  - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units.  - Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision  - Used to a fast pace of working and willing to commit to long working hours to achieve project deadlines  - Good Team player  Education Requirements:  - Engineer from a premier college with a minimum of 16 years of education.   Other Administrative:   - The company is a life insurance captive located in Noida   - The working hours are 12:00 to 21:00   - Compensation - Open depending on qualification of the applicant
