Designation : Dairy Head

- Overall In charge for the business, planning, implementation, product development and sales.

- Assist the management in making a business plan

- To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing / Brand Building strategies.

- Undertake market demand analysis, financial analysis and competition in the market for our products, competitor's activity.

- Provide support with regard to production, processing and marketing.

- Coach, mentor and train / evaluate Sales staff on a continuous basis.

- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives

Candidate Profile

- MBA Candidates, preferably with Degree in Dairy Science having a minimum experience of 15 years in the cadre of GM and above of a reputed Dairy Company.

- Candidate has to oversee the launch of Dairy products / set-up the distributor channel.
