ERP Sales Manager  Must have Prior experience: in selling of large deals around ERP solutions, Outsourcing, Total Outsourcing.  Must have closed large deals.  Role:  - Applications & Consulting Sales across vertical s in North India  - Create, developing & manage Strategic Accounts across Verticals  - Manage sales for consulting, outsourcing and technologies such as SAP, IBM and Oracle.  - Maintain key relationships with our Technology partners such as SAP, IBM and Oracle.   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Responsible for Managing the sales And revenue targets for the defined region for Applane  - Leading, monitoring and ensuring that the sales team members are aligned to Applane sales strategy and Go to market objectives in achieving individual sales targets.  - Responsible for maintaining CXO/ Board level relationships with key accounts in the region and ensuring customer retention  - Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle from new prospect identification, business development, solution presentations, sales negotiations and closures as well as payment collection.  - Networking, building and leveraging relationships with customers, influencers, partner ecosystem, team members and sr management  Required Skills:  - Proven track record of consistently achieving individual as well as team targets. Preferred if the individual has prior experience leading and managing sales teams.  - Experience in developing sales plans and growth strategies. Previous experience in sales and account management tools and methodologies is necessary  - Should be a high achiever with high level of professionalism and integrity, who can successfully build internal and external relationships, and all round good communication skills.  - Well versed with selling IT services and products - business offerings and delivery models. Managed services, Implementation services, application outsourcing and infrastructure outsourcing, business process consulting  - Ability for Cross SBU collaboration  - Should have demonstrated entrepreneur instinct and a strong understanding of growing and scaling a business.  - Experience in the domestic market and most importantly in north region is a must and ideally in an IT services/ consulting / IT software sales firm  Location Gurgaon
