Job Description :

- Handling Statutory & Internal Audit

- Ensuring Internal Financial Controls are in place

- Handling Compliance Tool.

- Handling Operation & Project Payment.

- Closing of Books of Account on Monthly Basis.

- Compliance related to ROC.

- Finalization of Group Companies.

- Preparation & Vetting of Financials & Cash Flows of Group Companies.

- Preparation & Vetting of CMA Data.

- Compliance related to ROC. (Registrar of Companies).

- Responsible for handling the Audit (Statutory Audit, Cost Audit and R & D Audit.

- Handling, Monitoring & Vetting of Receivables / Collections & Payables.

- Consolidation of Financial Statement in Compliance with the provisions.

- Preparation & Maintaining the Statutory Books of Account.

- Preparation & submission of Monthly MIS.

- Income Tax Scrutiny Handled
