COMPANY : Cyient  SAP PM position :  SAP PM : Senior SAP Solution Architect is responsible of developing, maintaining SAP and support systems architectures, documenting architectural solutions as per standards, ensuring compliance within technology standards and participating in project and technology design reviews.  - Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of working experience in a SAP ERP environment as a consultant or have part played a key leadership role (PM) and SME on a SAP implementations project.   - In addition, the candidate must have actively worked on a minimum of 3 to 4 full life cycle SAP implementations and have the ability to function as a solution architect, product expert or SME with depth and breadth of various SAP modules, sub modules, Interfaces, and a solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects and solid grasp of ERP methodology.   - Demonstrable experiences interacting and maintaining solid relationships with Executive and Senior Management.   - The individual should also be capable of leading medium sized teams and interacting with vendors and managing their work as per agreement and terms and conditions. Should have hunger for higher goals and constant performance improvement.  - The SAP Senior Solution Architect/ PM is responsible for the definitions, designs, standards and guidelines for SAP solutions.   - The SAP Architect works cooperatively with Technical, Functional teams to provide guidance and solutions that meet both the business and technical requirements. Its cross functional position directly engages with other business facing vertical teams, as well as interacts closely with core horizontal teams to ensure viable SAP solutions.  SAP Experience : Minimum of 10 -12 years hands on working experience with the SAP ERP system below and active participation in 3 - 4 full life cycle implementations, HANA implementation or migration would be added advantage.   - Minimum of 12 years overall consulting or business experience and 4-5 years of Project Management experience of handling large complex engagements, with an ability to leverage business process skills in an SAP environment.  - Experienced in managing complex global ERP projects   - 12 years+ relevant SAP experience  - At least 3-4 Full life cycle SAP implementations and Global template deployments  - Experience in deploying ERP with Shared service centre integration  - At least 3 complex multi-cultural project implementations  - Skills in any or combination of modules of SAP Project Systems/ Production Planning/ MM/ SD should be in consideration  Must have technical / professional qualifications : Certified SAP Consultant
