Head - Tax ( CA / MBA from Premier Institutes)  - Should be able to handle and control Tax Function of the group.   - Must have significant experience in the preparation and submission of tax returns and related statutory financial statements  - Should be able to handle International Tax, FEMA, Direct Tax including Corporate Tax, Individual Tax, DTAA, Tax Treaty, Withholding Tax, and TDS.   - Should be able to deal with Income Tax authorities for assessments. Responsible for preparations of Ground of Appeals, Filling of appeals, appearing between CIT, Tribunal for appeals.   - Must be specialized in Indirect tax (Service tax, VAT, GST) including provisions related to CENVAT Credit, etc.   - Knowledge of all Statutory Compliances in both direct and indirect tax area is a must.   - Must have handled Tax Audit & Service tax audit.   - Must have excellent numeric and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and be proactive in approach to your work.
