Job Description :
- He / She is responsible for selling small and big ticket IT solutions and products
- Manage product partnerships and alliance
- Drive marketing and lead generation teams to identify & generate business from new logos.
- Work with practices to define GO-TO-MARKET Strategy and identify potential market segments/verticals.
- Build credibility with existing clients & gain market share.
- Work with Gartner and other consultants to help Practice in defining new solutions / POCs
- He / She will be responsible for consistent order booking for the region / territory assigned.
- Work closely with collections team for ensuring that the receivables are under control in the region / territory.
- Incumbent will make proper assessments of the market size/demand, competition and advise the CEO / Practice Heads accordingly.
- Maintain/grow the pipeline as per organizational growth plans by driving the team.
- Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent long-term relationships with them.
Job Requirements :
- Should have min 10 years of relevant experience in selling IT Services
- Should be skilled in developing/ executing sales strategy and plan both short and long term for the region/ territory assigned.
- Should establish sales objectives & ensure achievement of defined sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services
- Should have US market intelligence and knowledge of various technologies / IT products
- Candidate should be able to size and price IT Solutions required based on client requirements.
- Extensive experience in selling IT Solutions and Services including, but not limited to Java, Open source, Microsoft, QA, Mobility, BI & Analytics, SFDC and Cloud Services.
- Credible experience in selling technology based solutions (both IT and Business) to strategic customers across varied sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail Service
- Should have experience in leading and nurturing lead generation and presages teams
- Should be able to independently present the entire solution to clients and evolve consensus to execute.
- Incumbent should have direct selling exposure and experience to handle small and medium accounts in different domain like -banking/ financial, manufacturing, etc
- Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations
