We have launched a major initiative "India Energy Storage Alliance" to help in commercializing emerging energy storage and microgrid technologies in India.  We help clients from the technology selection, feasibility study through implementing solutions as well as offer services to optimize operations. We work with our clients to improve communication and metering, integration of renewable generation as well as other emerging technologies, and active management of resources through utilization of our 24*7 operations center. We work with commercial and industrial customers to help reduce their energy costs through better utilization of the energy markets and emerging technologies. We have helped bring innovative energy services such as demand response to India.   Key job responsibilities:  1) Lead techno-commercial evaluation of energy storage technologies & applications  2) Work with clients to design and implement demonstration projects for energy storage technologies (Owner’s engineer services)  3) Advise energy storage & PCS technology companies on potential localization requirements and standards for introducing products in India  4) Develop understanding of energy storage & PCS technology manufacturers capabilities in India, for potential opportunities for JVs / acquisition by our clients  5) Develop reports / content for India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) and expand IESA service offerings and membership base  6) Help improve existing energy storage optimization models by incorporating technical criteria  7) Contribute on emerging technology projects in US and Canada by introducing additional services such as technology due diligence services, assistance in testing / certification etc.  8) Participate in various technical & standards committees related to energy storage and smart grid technologies such as IEEE / IEC / NIST  9) Help conduct workshops / presentations at national / international events to assist in knowledge sharing and business development   10) Develop market potential assessment, competitive assessment and market entry strategy reports for emerging tech clients   Desired Skills and Experience  1) 10+ years experience in relevant industry  2) Understanding of relevant standards and best practices in storage / PCS industry (both Indian and  international)  3) Experience in manufacturing supply chain for storage / inverter / microgrid industry  4) Excellent communication skills (written and oral)  5) Business development experience  6) Master’s degree in engineering / business  7) Ability to take initiate, handle projects independently as well as work with diverse teams.
