KRA :
The Customer Servicing Manager(Modern Trade) is
- Looking after and responsible for all MT, Ecommerce supply chain related processes
Work along with the Modern trade, Ecommerce team and Demand team towards MT forecast improvement.
Promo Allocation & Tracking
Customer Servicing-(from PO raising to GRN entry)
Retailers Accounts reconciliation-Supply Chain Part
Monthly Review with retailers along with NKAM and Half Yearly Review with Retailers-Top to Top Reporting
- Is responsible for reducing Out of Stock on shelf
By improving fill rate to retailers/distributors,
By ensuring that stocks are moved to stores from retailers, DC and distributor on time with improved fill rate
By getting the ordering corrected through master correction and seasonality consideration
- Is responsible for MT, Ecom Supply Chain Cost Optimization
- Should monitor Stock on Hand at Retailers - stores, DC and Distributor and guide/help MT Sales Team on management of same
Qualification : MBA full time with 3 - 5 years experience in Modern Trade Supply Chain Management from FMCG / Retail industry
