Our fulfillment center is located in Columbus, OH.  Customer Service Quality Manager Profile :  Responsibilities :  - Define and deploy quality management systems and processes own Quality metrics  - Review customer facing deliverables for conformance to requirements  - Continuously evaluate process capability - collate data, assess trends and identify gaps  - Review SLAs & operational metrics with Operations  - Conduct root cause analysis, identify improvements and define & drive plans   Experience & Skills :  - 8 -10 years total work experience   - 4 - 5 years quality management experience in a service organization  - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)  - Good analytical skills and problem solving skills  Education : Bachelor's degree in Science, Economics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce or Engineering  Any quality related certification will be an advantage.  Location : New Delhi
