We are hiring elite candidates for one of the online company.

Title: Customer Segmentation & Retention Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

- Role will involve developing and executing customer segments basis past behaviour and targeting them with customized & personalized messages. This role will potentially span across channels & devices.

- This is a critical role

- Should be very analytical and comfortable working with lots of numbers and data

- Proficiency in excel is mandatory. Experience with Tableau, R, SAS or other data manipulation tools is a big plus.

- Past experience in internet and/or customer segmenting roles will be a plus

Qualification:

- Mandatory educational qualification B.Tech/ M.tech from good colleges. (no graduates, msc, mba, mca)

- Communication skills should be good.

- Notice period max 30 days not beyond.
