- Provide proactive and relevant inputs to improve brand health, network and service levels across circles

- Develop insights and learnings to strengthen brand and product campaigns

- Mine local insights and understanding of segments to develop locally relevant programs and campaigns

- Strengthen organizational capability in better understanding the market and identifying opportunities
