Customer Analytics and Loyalty Manager  Position Objective :  - The customer analytics manager will be responsible to analyse customer and category trends, utilize advanced analytics to derive and surface opportunities, and partner in building personalized contact strategies to deliver incremental sales and margin both in-store and online.  Key Responsibilities :  - Develop hypothesis driven customer growth strategies through the use of data, analytics, industry findings, and cross functional partnership  - Leverage data and analytics to identify and develop innovative and out-of-the-box personalization strategies to test across customer segments, this may include new types of offers, cross channel offers, messaging etc.   - Size and scope customer growth opportunities, analysis to support business case and partnering with business units to design test pilot and execute  - Work with cross functional teams to launch these strategies and close loop performance management, this may include clear measurement methodology and adhoc campaign performance analysis  - Conduct analysis to support next generation loyalty program design in the omni-channel world   - Execute and deliver analytical projects and insights along with marketing team and integrate Loyalty seamlessly into a single cohesive marketing calendar  - Synthesizes the results for presenting to a variety of stakeholders including C-level execs  - Work directly with external vendor/partner resources, for development of business insights and personalization plans   - Must be able to demonstrate both a passion for technology and a strong aptitude for business strategy  Advanced :  - Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training MS/MBA preferred.  - Educational background in a quantitative field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, operations research) coupled with strong business acumen
