- The primary role of business manager is to develop new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means for generating strong base of customers & sales.
- They must develop rapport with new clients as well as maintain good relation with retained ones
- Strategic planning will be the key for the role as its business manager responsibility to develop pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
New Business development :
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within client organization.
- Prospect for potential new clients & turn this into business.
- Cold calls and setup meeting for generating new client base.
- Handles objections by clarifying for positive conclusions.
- Research & build relationship with new clients.
Client Retention :
- Present new products & service and enhance existing relationship.
- Develop different solutions for existing clients on case to case basis.
Management & Research :
- Submit weekly progress report.
- Forecast sales target & ensure they are met.
- Track & record the activity on accounts and help to close them to meet targets.
- Ensuring the outstanding recovery on regular basis.
Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA
