Founding team are alumni of IITB, IIMA and ISB.  - A Hands-On Technology Lead and Architect.   - Should have the ability to recruit, train and motivate a small team of awesome engineers.   Some required technical skills :  Server Side:  - Ruby on Rails, or alternatively  - Python  PHP:  - mySQL Database, or equivalent alternate  - Objective C for the iOS SDK  - Interest in learning / developing with Swift  Client Side:  - HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery  - Essentially, we are looking for someone who has been there, done that in web-application development and / or iOS application development.  - Should be ideally from a leading Engineering school IIT's/ BITS Pilani/ NIT's. Startup experience is a big plus.
