The platform is currently being developed by a reputed developer. It's a never been done before idea. We are two founding members looking for a sound/competent/energetic tech person.

The candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation for the platform and associated services. He will leverage strong functional knowledge to align business need with existing and emerging technologies to create functional and technical specifications. He will also provide critical input into the technology roadmap, will be able to balance the appeal of emerging technologies with operational readiness. He will become the Single Point Of Contact for the app developer.

Key Responsibility :

- Managing the Technology as a function for the Company

- Managing Technology and Product Verticals of the Company

- Driving The Business Forward.

- Strong Technical background

- Deep knowledge you are able to solve complex problems and support your team hands on

- In charge of product delivery, quality, architecture and operations

- Manage projects, timelines and releases

- Prior Experience in mobile apps/websites is a Must

- Manage architecture, design and development activities owned by the center, to build out the necessary technical solutions while delivering the product for business needs.

- Accountable for all activities and results of the group and ensure that performance standards are realistically set and attained.

- Actively promote a culture of innovation within the organisation

Compensation :

- Sweat equity in the company (opportunity to make a significant upside)

- No or minimal sustenance salary (foregone salary may also be converted into equity when VC investment comes in)
