The suitable candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead all the Technical aspects of the venture. The CTO will lead Company's technical roadmap taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that appropriately balance the need for speed-to-market, scalability, and differentiation.  We are looking for a young Technology Rock star as a CTO / Co-Founder, who can work smart, hard and fast in a rapidly growing mobile app based seed funded start-up. However, of course, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.   - Should have had experience in e-commerce / internet space   - Strong in Hypothesis formulation and verification   - Strong in Algorithms - Machine learning, Statistics   - Proficiency in programming   - Proficiency and Good understanding of open source tools and platforms  Requirements/ Skills:  - Should Have Awesome Coding Skills.  - Should have experience in e-commerce/Internet start up.   - Managing and directing website technical structure, design & aesthetics, navigation, information architecture, performance   - Should know new technologies & frameworks.   - Some front-end experience will be added advantage  - Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them.   - Should also be able to develop other products like mobile apps etc.   - Responsible for Big Data and Analytics Platforms, Supply Chain Platforms, Datawarehouses, Billing and Payment platforms, Recommendation Engines, Experimentation Platforms etc   - Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support the success of the business.   - Build backend tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, production, management, etc, and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and developer features.   - Code the sweat out of the Box   - Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win and standby!   - You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and have a passion for building new products.  - Engineers love working for and with you.
