Job Title: General Manager  Function / Division: Communications  Location: Mumbai  Your Role :   - Your role will be to act as the brand custodian for CRY. This comprises conceptualizing, strategizing and influencing stakeholders towards supporting CRY and its cause of child rights by ensuring CRY is positioned as a child rights brand in India through standardization and quality of campaigns, donor/ volunteer communication, brand communications,, and lead the improvement of the same.   - Ensure that CRY's strategic and tactical communication campaigns are in sync with the goals and priorities of the organization and the communications function.   - There is a process to ensure feedback and suggestions on national campaigns and donor/ volunteer communications are sought out and incorporated prior to implementing the same uniformly across all regions  - Provide the support to regions/ national teams on communication concepts.   - Help ensure that Resource Generation in the region/ nationally is able to generate resources through the effective positioning of CRY as an organization working for the rights of children. Help with the clarification and communication of the strategy and stances of the organization to internal and external stakeholders  - Ensure that external agencies adhere to service level agreements and monitor quality of services in all spheres of advertising activities - ATL/ BTL/ digital - for CRY. Supervise the process of media buying for CRY and ensure that content is of a high quality as well as the choice of medium is appropriate  - Undertake organizational and environmental analysis, and prepare the budgets, plans and priorities for the communication function  - Supervise the process of content development and communication through the CRY websites. Ensure that all web based content is in line with CRY's communication strategy.   - Provide inputs for the new CRY paper cards and products development and operations of the Design team. Support them in the visual/ design aspects and ensure that the final output meets CRY's communications brand norms and strategy.   - Supervise the process of content development, search marketing and communication through the many digital platforms. Ensure that all CRY digital communication is in line with CRY's communication strategy.   - Creation and deployment of communication budgets. Maximize leverage of the CRY Brand through low cost initiatives. Ensure timely reporting of information for the functional and financial MIS.  You :  You must be a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication with 10+ yrs of experience.
