We truly believe that Customer is King!   To know more about us: www.crownit.in/android   Crown It is product by GoldVIP Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Gurgaon, India.   Responsibilities:   - Develop new and innovative marketing strategies in line with company plan   - Should have a experience of driving marketing for some concept selling internet company   - Drive mobile app engagement for both new and existing users across multiple cities   - Own all mobile marketing activities: including user acquisition - ad/campaign creation, optimization and budget allocation   - Monitor, track and report on digital/mobile marketing metrics. Develop and manage mobile and mobile app marketing strategies   - Will be managing all communication and promotional activities for existing users including emails, Facebook campaign, whatspp marketing   - Dig deep into performance metrics of campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement   - Create custom queries, reports, and dashboards   - Track the progress and success of all A/B, multivariate tests. Make analytical, data driven recommendations   - Interact and directly manage partners and agencies to maximize campaign performance and ROI   - Knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, measurement tools and related analytic services   Candidate Should have:   - Excellent communication skills and great intuition   - Understand, and is comfortable taking a leading role in mobile marketing strategy,   - Understand Google Analytics and media analytics platforms   - Understanding/knowledge of SEM, AdWords, Facebook Ads and conversion optimization   - Is results-driven and have a passion for pursuing audacious goals.   - Positive, can-do attitude and are comfortable working in a flat, dynamic and culturally diverse team.   - Entrepreneurial in spirit, thrive in a fast paced environment and be comfortable in a flat organizational structure.   - Bachelor's Degree from Premium College or MBA from accredited college.   - Start-up experience will be a plus.
