We truly believe that Customer is King!   To know more about us: www.crownit.in   Crown It is product by GoldVIP Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Gurgaon, India.   Responsibilities : City Manager Business Development  - Entire ownership of sales process implementation in Gurgaon - manage and drive the sales target of Gurgaon.  - Allocating, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.  - Should come up with ideas and strategies to consistently hit the target.  - Responsible for hiring and retaining sales employees.  - Sales force Training and Development for new recruits and periodic refresher training's for existing sales force.  - Maintaining various reports which includes evaluation of collective team performance, individual performances, category performance, etc  - Acquiring and managing critical and key accounts which have higher degree of complexity.  Requirements:  - MBA from a top-20 B-school  - 2-5 years of relevant work experience  - Proven track record of achieving sales targets  - Prior team management experience  - Comfortable with unpredictable work hours
