We truly believe that Customer is King!  Crown It is a product by GoldVIP Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Gurgaon, India.  As Business Head your responsibilities will include:  - Responsible for launch and growth of crown-it business in a city or geography  - Grow user base, outlets and transactions in a city / geography  - Responsible for P&L for the geography  - Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure targets are met for user acquisition, engagement, outlet acquisition and transactions  - Work closely with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the geography  - Responsible for generating revenue and reducing AR  - Innovating with direct and indirect sources for revenue  - Ensure localization in product to ensure customer success  - Should have strong experience in launching new product in market  - Should have worked for mobile or internet company  - Strong understanding of B2C businesses  - Strong data based and analytical mindset  - Self driven individual who pushes for excellence and overachieving targets  - Should have driven cross functional projects to deliver business value for the company  Candidate Profile:  B.Tech or B.E. from premium institute Or B.Tech or B.E. from accredited institute and MBA from premium institute.  With 5+ years of experience. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.  Experience of working with a startup would be a plus  Salary - 20 lakh - 25 lakh
