Job Description:
Must Have 8 -10 years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in USA Extensive direct selling experience in USA geography with focus on selling market research and analytic solutions.
- Responsible for the direct sales in US region.
- Accountable to meet Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets.
- To mature leads and create them into identifiable Sales opportunities.
- To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation and support them in lead qualification process.
- Strong sales management experience with customer facing engagement skills at all levels. Several years of the full complement of the sales continuum (e.g. inside sales; lead qualification; direct sales; channel sales etc.)
- Profile is majorly responsible for Account Hunting / Direct Sales for solution selling in multiple verticals hence need to be well versed with the dynamics of verticals Highly motivated with willingness to travel onsite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels with high level of motivation and solid business acumen
