Job Description :   - To lead a team of IT Developers and provide them with adequate training and guidance to carry out their work with least TAT and highest accuracy  - To visualize and execute end-to-end module(s) and application(s) to support one of the business verticals to operate smoothly and efficiently further Engineer and Re-Engineer the IT processes for higher optimizations  - Communicate with different departments and management to gather requirement  - Engineer and Re-Engineer the IT processes for higher optimizations  - Prepare scoping, estimate budget and collaborate with vendors for outsourced software  Be a single point contact for all branch IT needs (should have international exposure and managed multiple geography)  Controller of application change  Environment management  Strong communication skills and project management skill.  Plan, prepare and execute migration and upgrade projects  Should be able to do hands on support  Will be first point of escalation for all IT application & infra requirement (server side)  Work with in budgets, able to optimize spending.  We are keen on getting someone aboard, who can join immediately.
