Data Scientist (Unstructured)
What you will do :
- Drive business impact
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional business partners to identify gaps and structure problems
- Create meaningful presentations and analyses that deliver a story focused on insights, not just on data
- Synthesise methodology and data into actionable business strategy, and communicate findings to stakeholders
In other words, you will :
- Use latest techniques on large data sets to :
- Measure results and show key trends
- identify causal impact and attribution
- design and analyse experiments
- model and predict
- Write complex SQL queries for standard as well as ad hoc analysis
- Go to person for data questions
Requirements:
- Expertise in at least one of the following - conversational agent( NLU, NLG), image/video recognition
- PhD / M.Tech with strong exposure to Data Science and exposure to statistics/ Applied Math/Operations Research
- 2+ year relevant data science experience, with the ability to stretch beyond one's core field of expertise.
- Must have at least built one AI/ML use case from scratch, implemented and iterated the same for at least six months; must have deployed in production environment (mandatory).
- Proficiency in one core programming language, such as: R, Python, C/C++
- Experience with any of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Theano, Keras, H2O, torch/pytorch, MX Net
- Proficiency with SQL and/or NoSQL
- Proficiency with data visualization tools Tableau, R-Shiny or any other
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with zero shot learning, transfer learning, unsupervised learning, reinforced learning, GANs
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud computing environments
- Proficiency with a distributed computing platform (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)
- Experience querying and administering big data storage services
- Experience with general software release cycles / shipping machine learning or predictive analytics models at scale
