- Working on customized research projects in Real Estate sector for specific clients  - Ensure high quality of analysis and research output  - Research requirements will be related to market studies and forecasts, corporate assessments, feasibility studies and valuations  - Research would involve both primary (interaction with industry sources) and secondary research (modeling and desk research)  - Ensure high quality of communication as reports or presentation slides  - Planning and completion of research projects on schedule  - Working in project teams, coordinating internally to deliver the final output   - Analytical interactions with the clients, including client presentations by the team   MBA (Finance). Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience (consulting/corporate strategy)  Skills :   - Strong analytical & communication skills  - Strong understanding of financial concepts and business analysis  - Ability to think out-of-the box  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Ability to work in different teams in deadline driven projects
