Job title - Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Reporting and Analytics  Location - Pune/ Mumbai  Job Duties   - Developing and streamlining reporting and analysis using Workday platform and supporting the functional team in Workday migration  - Participating in workshops and design review sessions with HR business users, Workday technical and functional resources at all levels, including global owners of specific work streams, as an advocate for reporting and analysis  - Taking global business requirements and translating those into simplified and organized reporting and analytics solutions  - Working with multiple work streams, implementation partners, teams, and business organizations to ensure all impacts are measured and alleviated for reporting  - Developing strong relationships with business users in all HR Functional areas  - Mentoring functional analysts to develop in-house expertise on Workday reporting solutions  - Identify patterns, trends and inconsistencies; draw conclusions and provide recommendations from data in the form of actionable insights  - Conduct deep dive analyses to provide insight on - why- and - who- beyond the standard tracking - what - and - where- metrics  Skills Required   - Previous experience in HR analytics and working with CHRO vertical  - Experience in working with 2 or more of the following Workday HR modules:  - Absence Management  - Performance Management  - Global HCM  - Time Tracking  - Workday Payroll  - Understanding in any of the following Workday technologies:  - Web Service APIs  - Studio  - EIB  - Cloud Connect  - Business Process Framework  - Configurable Security  - Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles and practices  - Experience of designing and building large scale Data warehouse solutions on Oracle / SQL Server  - Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources  - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management; Ability to convey complex concepts to business stakeholders in terms relevant to the business  - Knowledge of programming and software development lifecycle (SDLC)  - Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, analytical acumen, creativity, and a proven work ethics  - Proficiency in VBA and automation tools will be highly preferred   - Good to have/ Optional Skills   - Understanding of data integration best practices, leading industry applications and features such as master data management, entity resolution, data quality assessment, metadata management, etc.  - BI and Visualization Tools and knowledge of best practices in visualization / reporting (Tableau / Qlikview / SAP BO / Microstrategy)  About CRISIL GR&A:   CRISIL Global Research & Analytics (GR&A) is the largest and top-ranked provider of high end research and analytics services to the world's leading commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, corporations, consulting firms, private equity firms and asset management firms.
