CRISIL - Executive - Public Relations

ROLE SUMMARY

- Communications team in CRISIL is responsible for right positioning of CRISIL and its various businesses to all stakeholders including media, employees, opinion makers and the policy makers in India and relevant global markets; and S&P in South Asia. Executive communications will primarily be supporting the manager in achieving this objective.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Create and maintain an updated media list relevant for various CRISIL Businesses

- Issue PRs for both CRISIL/ S&P and follow up actively with media for ensuring good coverage

- Pitch for stories

- Maintain coverage and send update to businesses

- Respond to media queries received by coordinating with spokespeople.

- MIS creation

- Conduct press conferences

- Internal communications

- Liaise with media for right positioning of CRISIL in India and international markets

- Prepare detailed plan to gain media visibility and implement effectively

- Manage info and webmaster mail ids i.e. the mails received from website

Experience - 3 - 5 yrs

Qualification - MBA /Post graduation

Essential Skill:

- Strong written and spoken English

- Good experience in and exposure to the financial service industry.

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills are required since the position will heavily interface with all levels of management, internally and externally.

Candidate should have a proven track record in PR and communications

Desirable Skill:

Knowledge of regional languages
