Position Director : Business Development Mid-corporate group  Reporting to : Senior Director - Mid-corporate group  Location : Mumbai   Role summary :  - Responsible for achieving financial targets including revenue and profitability for the Bank Loan Ratings business, in line with overall organizational goals  - Responsible for leading a highly effective and engaged sales team spread across multiple location   - Key responsibility would to retain existing clients to ensure consistent revenue growth for the business  - Develop sales and distribution strategy & ensure implementation of the same  - Drive a sales governance culture   - Should have very good understanding of the business environment, identify emerging customer needs and position CRISIL Ratings products to meet those needs  - Be responsible for imbibing CRISIL and S&P values amongst the employees.  Essential Qualification : Professionally qualified   Experience :  - 10 - 13 years of overall sales experience, for a bank/financial institution   - Should have experience in leading large multi-location team (100-150 member) and handling large volume   Skills :  - Track record of building and managing committed and high performing teams  - Track record of delivering consistent and profitable revenue growth  - Ability to develop strong sales tracking mechanism   - Strong awareness of business environment, specifically of mid markets and how they relate to emerging needs of clients  - Ability to spot external changes and devise strategies to keep ahead of competition   - Exceptional communication skills
