Require a candidate with 3-6 yrs experience who has worked in earlier in financial products/ services related sales / business development ( preferably training services/mutual fund sales handling institutional sales/ wealth management services/ insurance sales handling institutional clients, financial consultancy related BD, financial services
- Excellent and demonstrated selling skills across BFSI and corporate segment in the north markets
- Experience in cold calling, should be able to generate leads; follow up on leads diligently, build pipeline and close deals independently
- Should be able to develop and manage mid and senior level client relationship, understand challenge areas and ensure closures
- Should develop a working relationship with existing pool of trainers and ensure effective implementation
- Have a positive, never give up attitude; willing to travel at short notice
- Good communication skills ( oral and written) ;
- Should help in identification of new training topics and also add to the pool of trainers
- Manage to handle/ persuade tough/ indecisive customers over call
- Should be able to collect databases from relevant websites, magazines and add to the databases
- Basic Excel skills is a must
- Have a positive, never give up attitude; Good communication skills (oral and written) ;
- Basic understanding on finance issues will be an added advantage
