Job title- Analyst  Location- India (Pune)  Experience- 0 to 3 years of experience in BD operations / pre-sales in finance / IT industry or with any derivatives processes with more focus on overall business understanding  Job Duties   In this role, the candidate would be a part of the Client Solutions Group team for Risk and Analytics division.   The role involves  - Closely liaising with business development team and subject matter experts to develop relevant case studies  - Helping drawing up solutions depending upon client's requirements   - Developing responses for request for information and request for proposals and coordinating with stakeholders for sign-off.  - Generation and validation of leads based on business strategy  - Generation of MIS providing necessary insights on the business for senior management  Qualification - MBA- Finance  Skills Required   - Technical content writing skills, ability to draw-up slides based on content and excellent communication skill  - Good aptitude and attitude to learn, explore business opportunities for the division, tracking industry and providing information to stakeholders in timely manner   - Good hands on knowledge of MS Office  - Familiarity with Global markets business (IB Front and Middle Office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle process) would be an added advantage  - Ability to deliver relevant solutions quickly by liaising with relevant stakeholders and driving the agenda forward  - Self-motivated team player, taking ownership, being accountable, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent and positive mind-set  About CRISIL GR&A: CRISIL Global Research & Analytics (GR&A) is the largest and top-ranked provider of high end research and analytics services to the world's leading commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, corporations, consulting firms, private equity firms and asset management firms.
