Creya Learning - National Sales Head - K12 Education

As National Sales Manager, the responsibilities would primarily be managing a team of territory managers across India whose job responsibilities include Advocacy, Customer acquisition and Account Management for Creya Learning in their region based.

- Work with the founding-management team on the plan for Sales and Marketing

- Responsible for achieving the numbers from the PAN India Geography

- Inspire, motivate and track for sales team towards target achievement

- Strategize with the corporate team for effective sales and marketing approaches

- Work with back-end corporate sales support for prospect identification

- As required, handhold and take lead to make presentations, submit proposals and close deals to help the sales team on the ground

- Ensure the sales team manages payment collections and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth set-up of the XEL program as per promise

- Own the customer relationship and stand for delivering promised support from the organization

- Mentor other team members as and when made available as part of growth strategy

- Contribute to the overall corporate strategy and specifically to the Marketing & Advertising approach

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience of at least 10 - 20 years in sales mandatory with at-least 5+ years in the K-12 education

- Should have managed teams of at least 10+ members and geographies at a zonal level ( North/ South..)

- Excellent communication skills - written, spoken and more importantly - listening skills

- A deep passion and understanding of the domain of K-12 education

- Should be willing for extensive travel and relocation to Hyderabad

- Very strong leadership and motivational skills

- High level of process orientation and follow-up capabilities

- Salary above Industry average and commensurate with talent and achievement potential

- Strong work ethic, Out of the box thinking and Integrity are minimum requirements for the job
