CredR - Operations Head

Job Description :

You will Provide business planning assistance, periodic measurements of effectiveness, and facilitate efforts to optimize operational efficiency and manage multiple assignments and deliverables within challenging timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization on a daily basis

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning

- Understand, introduce & grow automations and superior process enablers

- Gain an understanding of our strategic and competitive positions and train your team to encourage adoption

- With the help of the Team, oversee/review Operation QA process (i.e. review calls, review QA results, review/analyze production values, etc.). Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly 1-on-1 and team meetings. Create/maintain/improve/document Operation objectives, goal settings, policies, procedures, processes, training and production

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

- Ability to understand and manage the Region's performance to key performance metrics

- Development of individual program budgets

- Ensure delivery of excellent customer experience and address escalated customer concerns as necessary

- Focus on the Process Improvement: Tracking problem incidences, Reviewing / streamlining processes and Reducing cycle time

Requirements

- A degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or a related field is a plus, or an advanced degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, stats, engineering, science or an MBA) from a reputed university

- Ability to work in a high pressure & deadline driven environment

- Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary multiple hierarchy team structure

- Management and Leadership knowledge and experience

- Sound communication and negotiation skills

- Good project and time management skills
