As a BDM, you will be expected to:
- Develop business plan and strategic sales campaign for new and existing accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Discover potential clients; Building relations and regular interactions
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, web-based and onsite presentations, contract negotiations and closure.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Retain and grow revenue and account shares.
- Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.

- Ability to present information in a confident and concise manner
- Must be self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking and attentive to details
- Demonstrated ability to use a consultative sales approach
- Ability to quickly grasp prospective customer's business objectives and align them with the appropriate solution
- Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically 4+ months in duration.
- Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills.
