Description:
BD Manager role includes identifying revenue-generating opportunities and to actively secure the long-term financial growth by setting and implementing strategic goals for CredR, in line with CredR's overarching Mission and Vision.
Key Deliverables :
- Define and develop the long-term strategic goals for Business Development, in line with company's overall strategic context
- Identify new revenue-generation opportunities that enhance and promotes the company's Mission and Vision Statements Financial/Business Planning and Budgeting
- Analyze the progress of revenue-generation goals and make recommendations for adjustments/interventions as required
- Identify opportunities to acquire new projects
- Actively manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Provide overall project management for ongoing revenue-generation initiatives
- Manage a team of 10-12 people thereby responsible for achieving sales target
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Handling meeting with key clients
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team - by guiding them to move in proper direction
- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Should have strong background in Offline Marketing & BTL Activities along with that execute them in proper manner.
- Have high focus on company growth & new strategies to bring in business & profitability
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required / MBA a must from top tier institutes
- Experience required - 2 to 4 years
- Relevant experience in Marketing/Business development (FMCG industry) is an added advantage
- Experience in developing and leveraging relationships with people at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.

Compensation Offered: 7- 8 L pa
