Creditexchange is India's only regulatory compliant, hybrid consumer loans marketplace for institutional investors. Through our platform, consumers with a widerange of credit profiles and histories, including first time borrowers, will getaccess to convenient, flexible and cheaper personal loans. Institutional investors will be able to seamlessly co-invest, along with Creditexchange, in hundreds or even thousands of these loans with attractive risk-adjusted yields through optimum diversification.  Creditexchange is being developed in partnership with LendFoundry, a market-leader in the development of technology stacks for alternative lending companies in North America. The platform will allow Creditexchange to offer real-time, dynamic funding decisions to borrowers, and investors with aconvenient, transparent, and secure portal through which they can seamlessly co-invest in loans.  The VP of Growth (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for supporting the strategic development and marketing planning of Creditexchange's retail sales.  The individual will be responsible for designing and leading the sales strategy, helping communicate potential process improvements and provide feedback on the product offerings. The individual will be responsible for developing an organic (both online and offline) distribution strategy for Creditexchange's loans, and:  - Developing a deep understanding of the target audiences, products offerings, competitive advantage(s), and market trends  - Developing distribution channels for Creditexchange's products through proprietary distribution and through third parties  - Supervise the development of marketing material and collateral  - Provide customer feedback to the product teams on potential improvements that could be made  - Manage the Company's online presence (both web and social media)  - Keep key stakeholders up-to-date with product developments   The candidate will:   - Have 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing / distribution of retail financial products (consumer)  - Have a deep understanding of retail financial products and the existing product offerings  - Be energetic, highly motivated person interested in building relationships  - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Startup experience would be a bonus  - Feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, with its fast pace and fluid nature, comfortable delivering results with a small, lean team
