Desired Profile

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling various human resource functions

- Education: Graduate, Masters Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

- Languages known: Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Kannada (spoken).

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Human Resource manager would be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Human Resources plans and programs are realized. The essential job responsibilities include:

- Recruitment and retention: managing talent and taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities as per requirements.

- Plan and conduct orientation programs for newly joined employees to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

- Training and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams, plan and direct training programs for employees including senior managers, and also build training capability by engaging internal and external resources.

- Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes by implementing suitable performance appraisal practices.

- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.

- Policies and procedures: ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment laws.

- Develop and implement CSR initiatives for the Company based on ethical principles.

- Proactively address employee questions/ issues/ grievances to resolve work-related problems and implement long-term solutions.

Salary range - 6-7 LPA
