Key Deliverables:
- Current state analyses of Risk Management Committee (RMC)/Board of Director (BoD) and Scenario Reporting / Stress Testing production processes
- Documenting current state processes as per agreed standards (BRD/FSD Documentation)
- Gap analyses and proposing responses in line with ongoing remediation activity and where required, new projects
- Identifying and documenting business requirements from key business stakeholders
- Supporting business testing and user acceptance testing activity
- Develop functional specifications that meet business requirements
- Working effectively in working groups with diverse business stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met.
The candidate must have:
- Relevant business analysis experience within banking and financial services with prior stress testing and scenario reporting OR senior executive risk MI
- Good overall experience in credit / market risk implementations, with a focus on being part of regulatory programmes, senior executive MI programmes or stress testing and scenario reporting programmes.
- Experience of being part of an implementation team in a BCBS239 programme is an added advantage
- Strong understanding on front to back systems, data, calculations, processes and controls within an Investment Banking environment
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders, and ability to engage with quantitative and technical experts.
