You Offer:

- Responsible for Project planning, steering and execution of large projects or those with significant impact/complexity

- Develop, implement, and maintain the overall Project Management Plan, including risk management, issue management, and communication plans. Must be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently as needed.

- Prepare and manage all relevant project metrics

- Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are effectively communicated to all interested parties

- Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds the “sponsor’s” expectations.

- Provide regular program transparency by reporting project status via appropriate tools such as project dashboards and SharePoint

- Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.

- Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback. Ensure that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectively

- Have SME input into CFOC PM Capability

- People Management (“Direct” People Mgmt Optional)

- Manage daily activities and workflow

- Act as escalation point for the team’s work and staff issues

- Conduct self with professionalism - balance people management & adherence to divisional/Bank objectives

- Ensure appropriate cross training and succession plans in place for team members and self

- Establish performance objectives for team members - must be Specific, Measurable, Attainable. Realistic and Timely “SMART”)

- Determine & conduct performance reviews (with input from Program/functional Manager) and take effective action

- Responsible to attract and recruit talent for team

- Coordinate with the Financial accounting team to understand the reporting requirements

- Understand the system architecture, data flows, posting rules and reporting system

- Understand the accounting / regulatory changes and ensure the solution is in accordance with the requirements

- Be an SME for all FA related changes

We Offer:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as BA and FA areas

- Work experience in FA area with understanding of different reporting requirements under USGAAP / IFRS

- Understanding of financial products

- Able to effectively influence others at all levels

- Demonstrated ability to innovate, deliver and drive change

- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills

- Project Management skills

- Demonstrated multiple experience managing a full Project Lifecycle (ie. planning through implementation)

- Ability to set up & run projects with minimal oversight
