Job Responsibilities:

- The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses– Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.

- Individual will support Consumer Lending Group’s use of client’s Customer Account Relationship Environment (CARE) data mart and development activities. The CARE data mart is a diverse set of internal relationship attributes that are used by risk management groups across client’s lines of business.

- Duties may include: on-going oversight of relationship data that includes validating and auditing the accuracy of data values; creating reports and providing analytical support on research projects to enhance data usage and benefit.

- In addition, this individual may also assist in other analytic work like benchmarking studies, aggregation of business line credit report and cross-product MIS reports.

- This job requires developing an in depth understanding of client’s relationship data to support business decision making.

- The individual should have strong technical capabilities to manipulate large data sets and comfortable creating reports in different visualization software like Excel or Tableau.

- In addition, the individual will be involved in data development and as well as process maintenance. These efforts will involve a high degree of interaction and communication with other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

- BA in quantitative field (Math, Stats, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Operational Research)

- 5+ years in quantitative analysis. An understanding of managing, manipulating and presenting data is a must.

- Able to collaborate with teams in different functions

- Ability to think creatively and innovate

- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and, periodically, to work under tight deadlines

- Minimum of 5+ years SAS and/or SQL programming, proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.

Preferred Skills:

- Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Research or related fields

- CLG covers a wide range of secured and unsecured credit products. It is strongly recommended that this individual has some experience in Unsecured or Secured lending practices
