Credit Risk Analyst - SAS/SQL - BFSI

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the work allocated by the Team Lead of Data Strategy & Delivery (DS&D) team to ensure timely & accurate delivery of standard reports, new reports and ad-hoc reports as per the requirements of Risk Data team

Functional / Technical Competencies:

- Strong data interrogation and analytical skills

- SAS or equivalent SQL based systems experience

- Good understanding of risk, especially credit risk

- Strong understanding of wide range of banking products

- Strong analytical ability, both quantitative & qualitative.

- Ability to think strategically & develop proposals.

On-shore Risk Data Management team, Risk Reporting and Analysis Services, BCM team, Compliance and Risk Management teams, IT Support team in India and UK.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA / Post Graduation in Finance, Technology domains or any Professional Qualification (BE) with proficiency in SAS / SQL / OBIEE

- Exposure to ETL Tools

Relevant Experience:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Data Management & Business Analysis and Data quality management experience
