About our Client - Our client is a Global MNC bank engaged in retail banking, credit cards, corporate and investment banking with an extensive international presence in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. With over 125,000 employees spread across 35+ countries they are currently looking for a technically strong professional to join their Credit Risk team.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Risk Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality credit analysis and credit applications while making robust and supportable recommendations. Some of your responsibilities shall be:

- Mange a team of 20+ credit risk professionals

- Analyze credit proposals and financial statements

- Assess and evaluate the proposals based on the bank rating model, using industry comparison, facilities forms and other risk parameters

- Prepare high quality lending submission forms to enable accurate production of facility letters and other post sanction fulfillment

- Undertake self-sanction of credit cases as per extant lending Guidelines

The Successful Candidate:

- CA/MBA with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk in Mid market or Large Corporate team in a global bank

- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate structure, corporate banking products and global lending practices

- You must have experience of sanctioning of loans and must have approval authority in your current/past role

- Experience of conducting credit analysis for global geographies (US, UK, EMEA) is preferred

- Good communication skills along with experience of managing large teams
