High Yield_Credit Research- Investment Bank, Mumbai/Pune/Delhi 1-5 Yrs  Opening with Investment bank, Mumbai, Pune & Delhi location. 1-5 Years of relevant Experience required.  Looking ONLY for High Yield /Investment Grade Corporates/BFSIs /Leveraged Loans- CREDIT RESEARCH  Role :   - Work with a team of Portfolio Managers covering leveraged loans portfolio/ High Yield /Investment Grade Corporates/BFSIs  - Preparing credit model and update them for quarterly earnings  - Analyse the company based on fundamental analysis   - Preparing/ Updating credit models including peer analysis, relative value analysis and calculations of key credit quality determinants  - Strong understanding of fundamental credit analysis with an ability to identify bonds and recommend and communicate buy/sell/hold investment recommendations   - Good understanding of covenant analysis, capital structure analysis and recovery analysis  - Regular surveillance of assigned portfolio by proactively tracking the company events (including quarterly earnings), peer group and other industry information sources  - Support the client with any other ad-hoc research requests  Skills :   Experience in the Credit domain having experience in corporate/BFSI  - Credit Report writing and financial modeling experience  - Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting standards  - Experience in delivery of structured solutions to clients  - Understanding of the industry dynamics   - Working knowledge on Bloomberg and Reuters is preferred
