Credit Analyst Ratings

Only candidates with CA qualification working in ratings, banking, consulting or any other financial services domain will be considered. Candidate from other than Bangalore location need not apply as this particular position is available in Bangalore only.

Understanding of Financial ratios, Indian accounting standards, Sector knowledge of atleast two sectors in India

- Follow-up & coordination with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignment.

- Checking the accuracy of the CKC entry & making adjustments based on annual report.

- Analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information.

- Preparation of Rating notes

- Timely preparation of the note & sending it to QCT in consultation with the group head.

- Preparing schedule for completion of assignments in consultation with concerned group Head.

- Timely completion of surveillance cases.

- Preparation of QRN (No default statements, derivative exposure etc)

- Preparation of rating letter, rationale and Press release.

- Follow-up w.r.t. acceptance of rating, rationale and press releases.

- Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients.
