Credit Policy Manager - Secured Business Loan

Position : Credit Policy Manager-Business Loan

Location: Mumbai

Qualification : CA & MBA.

Job Responsibility :

- Responsible for development and implementation of Credit policies, manuals and processes for Secured Business loans (SBL), in line with organizational and regulatory guidelines.

- Manage and monitor the SBL portfolio, through regular portfolio analysis, to ensure healthy portfolio is maintained.

- Ensure proper day to day functioning of policy controls, along with timely identification and resolution of risk issues.

- Ensure proper training to underwriting team on policy roll-outs and processes.

- Benchmark our policy norms to market trends and macro-economic indicators on a regular basis.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders on continuous process improvements to mitigate any credit or operational risk

- Conduct an independent assessment for clients exhibiting signs of stress/ under watch list

- Track PDDs, Deferrals, OTCs for SBL to ensure minimal pendency.
