Company : Private Bank   Role : Credit Manager - Construction, Realty Funding Group   Group : Construction, Realty Funding Group  Location : Mumbai  Responsibility :  - The person will be responsible for appraising project funding proposal which would inter-alia involve assessing viability of the project.  - Evaluating technical & legal aspects of the project  - Assessing funding requirement through cash flow budgeting  - Finalizing tenure & repayment schedule of the proposed credit facility  - Visiting the project site, analyzing the financial statements of potential borrower  - Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements  - Stipulating conditions for future monitoring  - Preparing appraisal note to be presented before the respective committee for approval  - Coordinating with the support groups for clearance of the proposal  - Maintaining appropriate documents, documentation and other information in the customer credit files  - The credit manager would also be responsible for regular review of the accounts including preparing review note, renewal and post sanction notes.
