Credit Manager - Construction Finance

Meeting with developers, promoters to understand their needs for fund requirement.

Explaining the mechanism of the Construction Funding and structuring their requirement as per the norms of the company.

Understanding the plan of the project and making cash flows pertaining to the project.

In- depth analysis of financials, Ratios and other facilities availed by the company.

Appraising the proposal to the higher management (MD and COO) depending upon the exposure to the developer.

Coordinating with Legal and Technical vendors for the proposal.

Handling the disbursement process for the same

Timely issuance of NOC's and ensuring that the asset cover is maintained all the time for all the proposals

Ensuring that the post disbursement documents are handed over to operations as per the stipulated timeline.
