- Handling loan Sanctioning, processing of various products like Working Capital, Term Loan, LC, BG.

- Handling the end to end loan process i.e from log-in to disbursement.

- Managing the quality of portfolio and reporting the same to the higher officials.

- Coordinating with different teams like legal, RCU and Technical for speedy process.

- Training to CPA and other branch officials on policy and product updates.

- Analyzing the worthiness of the clients via various bureau reports like CIBIL & etc.
