Credit Head - Unsecured SME Loans/Secured Mortgage Loans - NBFC

- Handling the underwriting of unsecured SME Loans and Secured Loans Mortgages

- Handling high value ticket size cases.

- Responsible for underwriting and evaluating Credit Worthiness of Loan

- Proposals and disbursement targets while streamlining the appraisal process.

- Proficiency at handling tasks pertaining to credit underwriting, assessment and evaluation of loan proposals, approvals and legal formalities with respect to property & mortgage loans/unsecured loans.

- Responsible for Underwriting /credit appraisal (by way of financial data analysis or on basis of surrogates of existing loans) of applications for credit facilities i.e. approval and disbursements of the Loans, within the policy of the company

- Credit and Risk Assessment of proposals for Loan against Property, Housing Loan, Construction Finance to Real Estate developers, industrial equipment funding, medical equipment funding, structured finance, lending to educational institutions and hotels.

- Preferred if the candidate has a CA qualification

- Also preferred if the candidate is from an NBFC company
