- We are looking for Credit Associate for our NBFC client in Mumbai, please find below the JD and send me the resume asap.

Department : NBFC.

Reporting head : Head NBFC.

Designation : Credit Associate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Project Appraisal : Appraisal of projects involving financial, technical, economic & risk analysis and evaluation of proposals.

- Due Diligence : Experience in undertaking background check on the promoter / borrower and the project.

- Transaction Ownership : Handling the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities including project evaluation/appraisal, structuring of the transaction preparation of term sheets/legal documents and negotiation thereof with the clients, security creation, loan disbursement, overseeing of principal and interest repayment and overall relationship management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Good understanding of the financial markets and excellent financial modeling skills.

- Proven ability to work under stress.

- Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA) is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be an expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
