Position: Credit Analyst - Corporates/Financial Institutions(Global)

Location: Pune

Roles:

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related:

- Provide support to a global Credit Analyst for monitoring and tracking

- Performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions

- Track and understand industry dynamics and regulatory trends

Track operational performance on regular basis, which include:

- evaluating country and macroeconomic risk

- competitive position

- strategy / execution / management

- profitability / peer comparisons

Track financial performance on regular basis, which include:

- accounting

- financial governance and policies

- analysis of financial ratios and trends

- liquidity / short-term factors

- Prepare financial models - historical and projections, conducting peer comparisons

- Respond to credit events

- Prepare internal credit research reports and notes

- Prepare publishable credit reports

Process Adherence:

- Adopt the defined processes in day to day execution of assignments

- Ensure that new knowledge gained is retained and documented through operating manuals

Client Management / Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with international clients

Experience:

- 1-8 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or credit research in global markets

Qualification:

- Two years full-time MBA (Finance) or equivalent or CA
